Usel Camping

väldigt dåligt camping, hemsidan stämde inte överens med vad som fanns på campingen allt var stängt och eller ur funktion, kommer aldrig med att boka vistelse på Bergeforsens camping.

Strategiskt boende med närhet till både affärsområdet Birsta och Midlanda flygplats. Campingområdet skulle generellt må bra av en makeover gällande ytskick på stugor och ja generellt avseende hela området. Detta då det ser lite smått nedgånget ut. Sköna men gnisslande våningssängar i aktuell stuga. För en natt var det ok. Närheten till Midlanda avgjorde valet av logi denna gång.

Rummet var väldigt ostädat, ville knappt peta på fjärrkontrollen. Hade gärna sett att man sätter in någon mindre soffa eller fåtölj när det ändå får plats. Sängarna hade behövt uppdateras då de kändes nersjunkna och vissa ribbor saknades. Hade gärna sett att man sätter in en trapp eller stege i barnpoolen, var en väldigt hög kant även för vuxna.

Cozy place

The cabin looked way better than expected. We were surprised by the coziness of the place and by how spacious it actually was. The cabin was clean and had utilities to live there for a long period. We would have prolonged our stay there if we had more time. My partner and I loved the location, quietness, tidiness, and everything that was offered to us. Thank you.

Bekväm camping och nära till allt!

Toppenställe för barnfamiljen. Fina stugor med utsikt över älven. Gott om plats. Lite ont om porslin mm i stuga annars bra! Kan rekommendera de amerikanska campingvagnarna också, vi tog en extranatt och fick bo i en sådan. Jättefin och lyxig! Härlig pool på campingen! Vi kommer komma tillbaka hit!

Anlände kl 17, men pga att vagnen inte städats av tidigare gäster( sopor kvar,ostädat, kletig kyl med matrester och smutsig madrass), så kom vi inte in förrän kl 20, först då hade den städats, förutom kylen som vi städade själv pga att vi ville sova efter 6 timmar i bilen. Sen att andra gäster levde om mitt i natten och 5 på morgonen är inte campingens fel.

Inte vad vi trodde att vi bokade

Beskrivning matchar inte boendet. (Avser främst städning). Villavagnen, vilket i sig inte framgick när vi bokade via Hotels.com, vi blev tilldelade lutade ganska mycket, viss utrustning var trasig/saknades och städningen dålig. Detta ledde till att boendet upplevdes som ofräscht. Potentialen finns absolut om man rättar till felen och höjer ambitionsnivån beträffande renlighet/städning. Personalen nämnde att detta bokningsförfarande var nytt för dem och detta kan förklara att vi hade förväntningar på en högre standard än vad som erbjöds.

Enkel stuga med de faciliteter man behöver. Städat, fräscht och helt. Uteplatsen ostädad, men vi lånade en sop och fixade det själva.

Tv'n funkade inte, fanns ingen fåtölj till tv'n. Fanns ingen dammsugare. Bra utrustning i kök och badrum, fin sjöutsikt, bra sängar. Fräscht överlag. Trevlig personal.
