"The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. A good location. Negative points were that there was an issue with the WiFi on the first day and the breakfast wasn’t hot enough at the start of the stay. Both issues improved significantly while we were staying. We would stay again. "

"We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and for the price of the discounted stay (from points and sale) it was a good home base to explore the city and beyond. We did not try their breakfast since we left out early each morning. Our biggest complaint would be we were bottom floor and the people above us were soooo loud moving around-all evening and late unto the night as we tried to sleep. They sounded like a herd of restless elephants stomping back and forth, scrambling, scratching, dragging suitcases,etc. It went on and on and on. "

"Ok hotel. Ageing and could do with a paint job. Very good staff. Bed a bit hard. But convenient for overnight stay. Good parking."

"They cater mostly for Asians and probably don’t get many westerners staying so thank god they had toast and marmalade for breakfast! There is nothing much in the area at night so be prepared to take a taxi. There was no English speaking TV channels so glad I had a book with me. Nice hotel but not likely to stay there again. "
