"Poor management. Not what you would expect from a top tier international hotel with a good reputation. If you were American or have American expectations, stay away. Staff okay under the circumstances. To name one problem, the queue for breakfast extended from the cafe to the elevators. If there were a duty manager around, this would not be allowed to happen.
