Great location, walkable to the square and the property was even better in person than in the photos.

Excellent spot! Lovely grounds and lovely bungalow. Extremely clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Lots of room. Super comfy bed and very nice quality white towels. Right in the heart of Sonoma. We will go again!
Susan was very helpful and accommodating for all our issues. Loved the location next to the plaza and the nice yard to sit in. We would come back here next time. Only issue is the street parking is crowded on the farmers market day (Tuesday) and Saturday. Other than that issue the parking was available.
Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival.
We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side of the house, and a shared patio with a fireplace, water features, and lots of room to spread out. The unit was absolutely gorgeous, you feel that you are in Tuscany when you walk in. Location is 1.5 block off the Square, so walking distance to everything you need (restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting etc). There is no lobby on this property, so check in instructions were given us prior to arrival via e-mail. No problem whatsoever. Amazing experience!
Great spot. Very close to the square yet incredibly quiet. Cute decor. Only glitch was with Hotel.com who failed to forward the access information until the day we checked out. Owner was responsive to phone call with necessary check in email.
My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Sonoma and we were celebrating his birthday. So many personalized and special touches at this location: uniquely designed rooms, private gardens, fresh bakery goods outside our door each morning and to top it off, the thoughtful and kind delivery of a birthday treat for my husband our last night there. All that coziness and privacy is only a 5 minute walk to the main square, which has great shopping and amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary and the stay was great with one exception. Being that this is the service and hospitality industry, and spending over $1k for a weekend stay, it's the details that matter.
I exchanged many emails with the owner of me and my wife's names and when we get to the room they had written a completely different name on their welcome note and wine tour pass. Not that it was a huge deal, but the owners attention to detail lacks big time.. At least know your guests name especially when you write an anniversary note to the couple.
Wonderful place to stay for families, or couples enjoying a well stocked kitchen. These bungalows are chic and comfy. Will definitely return!

:Luna Bungalow
The venue in Sonoma was perfect - next door to hiking trails and eating options on Sonoma square. Our Luna bungalow had a private patio and there was a beautiful larger patio area around the corner nicely landscaped with a water fountain frequented by a humming bird. We spent 4 nights there, Thu - Sun, and there was construction going on that apparently will continue through Feb 2021. The construction was supposed to stop on the weekend; however there was a miscommunication and it continued on into Saturday. The manger did comp us one night for the inconvenience.
There is no manager onsite, which was a problem for us because instructions as to how to open the front gate and how to access our Bungalow were sent to the wrong email address.Fortunately, that was quickly resolved.
Inside the bungalow, the night lantern had old batteries that did not work and the instructions on how to use the Netflix option were incorrect. The manger came over Friday morning, talked to her tech person, and resolved that problem for us. One evening we ran out of hot water because the pilot lite for our unit went out - we emailed the manager. She did not respond so I called her the next morning and she then did get the problem resolved.
So, in summary, the venue is beautiful but we give our stay a mixed review.
I’ve stayed at bungalow 313 twice before (both times in Luna), and this time in Bella. The property is unique and well kept with personal access codes and great communication. Both units I have stayed in are very homey; so nice for when you’re traveling for business! A kitchenette, orange juice and fresh ground coffee, fireplace, plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Nice touches like a bottle of wine and a wine tasting passport are also included but sadly I’ve not been able to take advantage of of it due to travel schedule. I’d love to come back and stay for personal pleasure as I’m sure it’s even more wonderful.
It was a beautiful unit. Nicely decorated with good taste. We just loved the location also. It was just stunning and a feel of Provence. Made for a memorable Christmas.
Absolutely exquisite! It was our anniversary and the staff placed a wonderful bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate. This location is simply beautiful. Our room was extremely comfortable. Spotless!! So quaint full of windows for sunshine and wonderfully decorated. Bed was so comfortable. Sonoma Square is within walking distance. We would definitely return to this little gem👍Great service too
The Bungalows is a unique accommodation in a great setting and is extremely convenient. It was convenient and clean. The only challenge is the TVs in the two units we stayed in; one unit had 4 controllers and there were different cable services and the access to basic TV and movies was near impossible. Plus it took some time if at all for the management service to respond to queries.
