"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "

"We spent 8 days at this hotel. The room is comfortable and adequately equipped. The hotel is conveniently situated, within walking distance of the railway station, various bus stops and a busy bustling market. The staff were pleasant and did their best to help our communication problems! The hotel is over the hot springs which guests can use."

"Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member."
