Hotel was clean but dated. Staff were lovely, pool space alot smaller than thought. Short walk to the beach. Alot of shops but all the same. Overall nice but didnt feel it would be classed as a 4* hotel.

The only criticism I have is the entertainment. It was promised for children on Sunday night but it didn’t happen. There was no entertainment at all which would have been fine if it wasn’t advertised

We had a great time at Tropicana Aparthotel. Very clean hotel and staff is so friendly, helpful and polite. There was no shortage of sun beds or space by the pool. Plenty green area by the pool as they got huge garden by the both pools. Plenty shades in the garden too. Room was really clean, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, cleaning staff are really good as they kept room spotless. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly. Plenty food at buffet counter, loved their grilled food. No shortage of salads or deserts so you always find something to eat. Entertainment team keeps you active. They do lots different activities in the Garden or in pool too. Enjoyed the water polo game. Olaf got good sense of humour. Keeps happy every one weather kids or adults. Had really good holidays experience. Thanks to all the staff at Tropicana Aparthotel :)

Wir waren vor 10 Jahren schonmal in dieser Ubterkunft und haben sie deshalb nochmal gebucht. Bei der Ankunft sollten wir noch 70 Euro nachzahlen, da wir angeblich für zwei einjährige Kinder gebucht hatten unsere Kinder jedoch 7 und 3 waren. Hierzu werden wir Expedia nochmal separat kontaktieren. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aufzug im Hauptgebäude rostet vor sich hin, Spinnenweben in den Ecken. Die Decke über der Dusche ist besser nicht zu erwähnen. Die Elektrik der Bar hat regelmässig aussetzer und man kann keine Getränke zapfen (der Fehler war bereits 2015 vorhanden). Bei den Gläsern im Restaurant schaut man besser zweimal bevor man sich etwas zu trinken nimmt. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen!

An sich ein schönes Hotel. Bis auf ein paar Dinge die man erneuern könnte. Schrecklich war die Lautstärke bzw die Atmosphäre beim Essen. Wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Auch das Entertain-Programm gerade für die Kinder war viel zu laut und jeden Abend das selbe.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Für Familien perfekt! Super Personal! Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich und die 700m zum Meer und nach Cala Millor sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pues bueno empezando por qué nos tocaron camas individuales,un todo incluido sin ningún aperitivo, más entre horas. Unas simples magdalenas o un té. Las bebidas y cocktails eran plástico puro, sin sabor y el alcohol un poco……. Se escondían para hacerlos, nada de vista al cliente q eso crea confianza. Los chicos muy simpáticos y Animacion también. Contando que está orientado a clientes de origen alemán,inglés,francés…. Los españoles allí éramos raros. El bufet… sin palabras. Le dimos uso en 2 desayuno porq no había ninguna variedad y en los almuerzos si no eras amante de la verdura poco ibas a comer…. Una noche no pudimos dormir hasta las 4.39 de la madrugada por ruidos voces y demás… la solución? Iremos a dar una vuelta a ver que vemos… enfin no volverémos a repetir. No lo recomiendo nada

Très bien

Très bon accueil et tout le personnel est agréable. Cuisine excellente, variée et originale pour certains plats. Seul bémol, nous avions une chambre familiale au bord de la piscine, et il restait toujours du monde dehors après l'animation du soir, après 23h, qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Difficulté donc à s'endormir. Il serait bien que le personnel de l'hôtel intervienne pour demander aux gens de faire moins de bruit.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, quelques points à revoir au niveau de l’état de certains équipement. Fenêtre, très difficile à ouvrir, lunettes des toilettes mal fixée. Sinon, personnel, très sympathique et agréable.Très grand choix au niveau de la nourriture, buffets très variés que ça soit au petit déjeuner au déjeuner ou au dîner.

Die Bilder online sind ganz klar von vergangener Zeit. Das Hotel ist schon ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen. Was man an vielen Orten, wie den Fluren, den Zimmern aber auch dem Speisesaal oder den Poolanlagen merkt. Das macht allerdings der wirklich hervorragende und sehr freundliche Service doch ganz gut wett. Man muss allerdings bedenken, dass das Hotel in 4 Gebäude aufgeteilt wird (mit Straße dazwischen) und bei zb einem Getränkewunsch, ein paar Schritte gegangen werden müssen. Das Essen ist soweit ok, allerdings sehr ungewürzt, was vielleicht an der Tatsache, dass es ein Familienhotel ist liegt und somit außer Bewertung steht. Man kann mit vielen Gewürzen selber nachwürzen. Schlecht war leider das Obst und das Gemüse, denn dieses war oft sehr wässrig und geschmacklos. Schade, wo man sich doch in einem Land befindet, wo diese Dinge ja teils an den Bäumen draußen wachsen und frisch sein sollten. Gut wiederum hat uns die große Nachspeisenauswahl und die doch gute Auswahl für Kinder (zb Pommes, Nudeln, Nuggets …) gefallen. Ambiente war soweit in Ordnung. 2 Pools und einige Beschäftigungsmöglich. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns der doch schon alte und teils defekte Spielplatz.

Stil des Hotels ist an die 90er-Jahre angelehnt. Alte Holzmöbel, quietschender Boden und viele Rahmenbilder. Die Auswahl des Essens war sehr groß jedoch ist der Geschmack nicht 4 Sterne Niveu sondern eher 2 oder 3.

Lob: Das Tropicana ist ein gemütliches Hotel. Ich fand es gut, dass man nicht, wie in anderen Hotels, dauerbeschallt wird. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption und vor allem an der Poolbar ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kritikpunkte: Essenszeiten. Vor allem Abends (19-21 Uhr) fühlte man sich ab und an sehr gehetzt. Wir sind deswegen des Öfteren außerhalb essen gegangen. Das Essen wurde oft schon 15 Minuten vor Ende abgeräumt. Auf die Nachfrage hin, ob es nochmal nachgefüllt wird hieß es nur „nein, wir schließen ja gleich.“ Einmal wurde unserem Wunsch freundlicher Weise nachgegangen und wir hatten für unsere Kinder noch Croissants bekommen. Nachmittags hätte ich mir manchmal einen herzhaften Snack gewünscht.
