"We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer stand uns schon um 09:00 zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Tischdeko, Glückwünsche und das Glas Prosecco zum Geburtstag meines Freundes. Er hat sich sehr gefreut darüber. Der einzige 0.5 Minuspunkt war, dass das Zimmer, in der Nacht nicht völlig abgedunkelt werden konnte. Ich brauche absolute dunkelheit, damit ich schlafen kann. Leider hatte ich meine Schlafmaske vergessen, was mein Fehler war....

"Very comfortable hotel, all of the staff were very welcoming. Room was a nice size, I had a balcony which was a nice plus. Bed was super cozy, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was nice, had dinner one night and it was good. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute walk to the cable car. Plenty of hiking from Murren but also access to plenty of options in the valley. "

"The stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The view from my balcony was amazing as well. Mountains and a waterfall! The balcony door was interesting, it was a door, tilt window as well as window. I thought that was cool. One suggestion that I may Give is to have a bug screen or net for the Door so the door can be left open without fear of bugs entering the room. We went during hot temperatures, but it was not that hot in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in rooms and no fans if you need...

"I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. "
