"We booked a 6 night stay at this hotel. When I arrived they said the last day of being a hotel is Sunday even though I booked until Tuesday. My booking was canceled and nobody notified me even though I prepaid. After over an hour at the front desk working with them and Hotels.com I was able to stay 4 nights there and get a refund for the 2 nights. I arrived at the Heldrich Hotel at about 8:30am, hoping to at least check my luggage so I could walk about or do something until it was the official check-in time.
