Viel Dreck unter dem Bett. Der Safe ging kaputt und ich musste den Service rufen. Check out war nicht klar. Check in hat nicht funktioniert, vor Ort wie auch online hat das Portal nicht innerhalb vernünftiger frist reagiert. Neben mir erging es ca 10 anderen Gästen so.

Everything perfectly well arranged. The staff are really helpful and the room and staying was great. Location is also good since it’s walking distance to great Rosengarten that is also close walking distance to the Bear park. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar with amazing views
