"My family and I had a fantastic one-night stay while attending the UK Games Expo at the NEC Birmingham. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of service throughout my stay was excellent, and the food was really tasty, and delicious. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day at the expo. This is our second stay and would highly recommend it to others visiting the area."

"The welcome was initially curt until the desk staff warmed their welcome. Couldn’t check in 5 minutes early. Although the property is generally I’m good order and clean there were some issues with the air con during the stay, which seemed to stop working every 2 or so hours and wasn’t very cool, meaning the room was a bit of a sweat box when the sun blasted it. Also a bit of a design flaw in the room only having USB-A sockets next to the bed, with no plug sockets nearby. Breakfast was also a bit basic."
