"The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. "This is a nicely designed and maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign. "We have stayed at this hotel few times and it is one of the most clean hotels we have been to. The rooms are decent size, everything is clean, good amenities and good staff. Breakfast option is good as well though it can have maybe an option for vegetarians as well. Coffee and tea are available throughout and like other hotels you don't need to buy water since there have water dispenser. Enough parking and conviently located. This is our go to hotel when we go to McVinville"
