I would not book this hotel again. My experience was incredibly frustrating from the start. My first room (219) smelled strongly of sewage, and to make matters worse, there were water bugs crawling near my belongings. I was transferred to another room (226), which unfortunately wasn’t much better—the bathroom door barely closed, and there was visible mold around the shower.
The staff, with the exception of the kind maintenance man, were rude and dismissive. I requested a late checkout (a feature they claim to offer), but was told I couldn’t do that without any real explanation. The overall customer service was poor, and frankly, I would have expected better treatment at a Super 8.
This stay was a huge letdown and truly damages the reputation of the Hilton brand. I won’t be returning.
And oh yeah as for a bonus.. apparently I had Bigfoot pacing around in the room upstairs from for an hour and a half. I would have booked a super 8 or econo if I knew service was this subpar..
