"We love the surroundings. The staff was great. The place was clean and well organized. The room was a little small and we could hear our neighbors talking and their footsteps. The bed didn't have a bed sheet. It had a comforter over it. We questioned if the cover of the comforter was washed, although it looked clean. The breakfast was ok. My wife didn't like it. Overall, it was a good stay, but we wouldn't go back. "

"Great room with a simple 2 minute walk to huffs restaurant and just a few more minutes and you are casting a line in the lake! Awesome view of Lake Shasta !!! The room is comfy cozy and the heater worked fine👍"

"Great desk person, helpful & friendly. We were just passing thru so didn’t try the breakfast. The room was quiet(except for those air conditioners) they even ensured that we had a ground floor room as requested. An extra bonus star for that 👍"

"The two level lodge was newly remodeled we know because our room smelled heavily of paint. I made my hubby spray his cologne to help out so I could sleep. Night one did not help, I was up all day with a family event early the next morning. The outside noise is horrible. There’s bars on the bathroom window, which I appreciate so much when the bar fight from literally across the alley started. I thought oh here comes the bullets. "Breakfast wasn't included since they remodeled. The staff were wonderful ans was the bed. The room was on an upper floor and I couldn't handle the climb but the clerk was able to fin me a lower floor room. I slept like a baby on the thick mattress."
