"Location was good friendly and helpful staff but rooms could do with refurb"

"Arrived in early hours so very tired. Receptionist not over friendly but suppose that was due to a night shift! Room very clean and quiet with a welcome comfortable bed. Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before so knew what to expect. Good breakfast with willing chef and plenty of choice."

"Modern Hotel In heart of Glasgow city centre. Rooms very spacious with usual amenities. Lovely warm powerful shower. Pillows are like sandbags though, prefer softer!"

"Good clean hotel near 2 min walk from OVO. Staff friendly and Attentive, rooms were smaller than other hotels I have been in but only there for the night. TV is a bit of a faff to get on (have to sign up to Marriot) so just gave that a by! All In all a decent stay! "

"Good property .Centrally located near the main shopping area of Glasgow .Room was fine — shower excellent . Breakfast was disappointing — being a vegetarian not many options and the que for breakfast was unacceptably long. Wanting a coffee at the bar area proved to be challenging — they seemed to ignore me for about 10 mins !! Overall a decent experience — would stay again. "

"The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay, room was okay although warm. Communication with hotel prior to arrival was a challenge and personally I think £15 to park your car at the Hotel you have already paid to sleep in is extortionate but overall served the purpose."

"Bathroom dirty, moved room to find damp used towel on back of bathroom door. No other room switch possible. Beds uncomfortable. No hot water at the showers by the pool and pool cold. Very disappointing. "
