"Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. "I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. "The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural. The only drawback is no beach."
