"You asked me about check in experience and it was great, they had a wheelchair for my wife after surgery in the nearby medical center. BUT, in the morning the panoramic huge window curtain wouldn’t stay open….no panoramic premium paid for view was available! When checking out, the desk man hardly looked up when told about the problem. No reply, I was surprised…told him maybe they should reduce our room rate."

"Nice hotel, good shopping available as well as eating establishments. Room was clean which I liked. I thought the room was big enough to have a couch added. Parking was good! Only drawback is know that you are near the airport and the planes start landing around 6am...so there will be no sleeping in. Otherwise good place to stay."

"I loved everything about my stay! This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited — spotless and with no strange smells. The receptionists were incredibly sweet and helpful, as were the housekeepers. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It had very limited options, the food wasn’t fresh, and there was no chef in charge. The receptionists were the ones defrosting frozen food and placing it in trays, then refilling them upon request. Also, the laundry room felt a bit outdated and required quarters to operate. Other than that, I have no complaints — it’s such a comfortable and cozy place to stay!"

"This property is centrally located and amazing to stay at. We had to visit for Medical Reasons so it is walking distance to Methodist Medical Center and also Texas Children’s Hospital. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. "
