Yes, view from the room was excellent but for the amount of money they charge, one expects a top notch room condition. Parking was too expensive, $50 overnight and it is not even 24 hours of duration. "

"I have been to Americana a few times before however this time was a little disappointing considering how much we paid for the night. We were there for a dance competition, stayed one night. The washroom on the main floor stunk so bad like diarrhea. As other reviewers have said there are no toiletries at all. The pool was cold so I couldn't use it at all. I previously enjoyed the pool because it is not level but I couldn't with frigid water temperatures so just used the hot tub. Not worth the $357 CAD i paid for the night and i would say more enjoyable for families with small kids. Would be nice if it also had fitness centre."

"Booked the hotel for a weekend getaway with my wife - were actually upgraded when checking in and was a nice , clean room overlooking the Clifton hill and falls. Parking was a little confusing as the $15 per day was offsite but it wasn’t far from the hotel. Was close to all the touristy stuff and some great restaurants. Overall it was a great experience and would stay again."

"Front desk was very helpful. Always had parking in front of building, no breakfast besides Starbucks on main floor, room was very nice and when asked for a refresher the room was nicely cleaned for us. "
