"Lots of external noise in room. Asked for top floor but told no as the room was already assigned. Clean. Nice parking. Good location."

"The hotel keys did not work - had to get new ones 3 times. Told where the pool was, but it was closed. The lemon water container was warm and tasted moldy. Our room screen/glass door broken. Breakfast buffet-no eggs and syrup empty for waffles at 8 am. The lounge was nice - called Lucky's"

"The staff in the lounge were wonderful and made our dining experience enjoyable!! The food was delicious also! The property was beautiful and well landscaped! The hotel itself was laid out very well with spaciousness and brightness! Our only problem was the air conditioner wasn’t working very well, but still cool enough. We will definitely stay there again!!"

"We arrived too early(noon)to check in so they held our bags as we had a show to attend. After the show,at 5 o’clock, we tried to check in but were told they were oversold and had no rooms available. They tried to accommodate us at a sister property but eventually told us they might have a room after all. The system was showing the room as dirty so they were going to go check it out to see if it had indeed been cleaned. Another party tried to check in after us and they were told the same. We...

"Disappointed by overall condition. Bed was the worst I've ever been in (I feel qualified to comment as my career took me from the Far West to eastern Euorpe). There was mold on the shower walls. I wish the owner the best, as a majot renovation is in order."

"The whole hotel smelled really bad and to put matters even worse, we walk into our room And we found roaches.. also found roaches in the freezer. I do not recommend. Everything just seemed broken or some what out of use."

"No breakfast provided either morning (staff just scoffed at me when I asked). Coffee wasn’t out till well after 6 am today. Shower rod in my room was installed poorly and twisted so that the shower curtain wouldn’t stay fully pulled closed. There were hairs on the wall of the shower. Multiple stains on the carpet and walls were dirty. Really not impressed with anything on this property."

"The rooms was not ready by the time I got there. The room is so so smelling so the sheets of the beds. The hotel is smoke free, but both hallway and rooms smell weed and cigarettes. The staffs were shorts and unaware of which rooms were taken and which rooms were available. Some rooms had no air conditioning. Parking were fine and all great. I believe they do not change bed sheets to new one as I see so much dog’s hairs and dirty spot on pillows and bedsheets."

"Newly remodeled hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and looked wonderful. Room was huge!!! As a family of 6 it was so needed. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast as well."

"The room was decent. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. They do offer breakfast vouchers which was nice. I was then off that they have their own parking lot for their property but I still had to pay to park. I also didn't care for the TV. The channels offered sucked and they didn't have a smart TV which made it even worse. I really like that other places offer smart TVs so I can log into my apps."

"It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!!
