"First time staying here. We stayed in one of the cottaged and it felt just as a cottage should. Had a fire which saga provied the wood. Plus we had a bbq which also was provided with with propane. It was a excellent stay we will be back."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked two nights but only stayed for one after our reason for visiting that area was cancelled. The main reason was the lack of cleanliness. They definitely don't do a clean after each booking. The floors under the fold out were dirty, the appliances weren't wiped down, there were streaks on the mirrors and stains on the wall in the bedroom. As well, the pipes are corroded under the sink and it smells awful. We took the garbage out so we didn't have...

"A quiet little oasis escape in the city. Everything you needed was a short drive or walk from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help or offer suggestions and went above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back for another escape. "

"I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved"

"This is absolutely unacceptable. I stayed here last week in another two-bedroom suite and had a great experience, which makes this even more disappointing. I am currently staying in Rooms 6111 and 6109 on a 2-day stay checking out friday May 29 , and upon entering we immediately found clumps of hair throughout the room. The carpets appear to not have been vacuumed properly, and one of the bedroom showers was absolutely filthy to the point where I had to rinse and clean it myself with the shower...
