"Nice clean room, not too badly priced relative to others in the area, and nicely situated for where we were visiting. The parking is limited, but we managed. Only real negative was the room temperature and lack of extractor in the bathroom that would pull air through and take moisture/heat away. "We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "
