"Overall I loved this hostel. The only problem I had was incorrect information supplied by Expedia. I booked this hotel because Expedia said there was an elevator. This is not true. I had a room on the third floor… three flights of stairs.. two sets of spiral stairs which ware very painful for me to navigate. Don’t believe everything on Expedia’s website"

"Very beautiful hotel located in a central place with easy access to taxis, train, uber etc. Department store nearby and lots of restaurants and bars close by. The rooftop bar is quite popular and the terrace is an added bonus. Breakfast is sufficient. Heated bathroom floor is quite comforting.
Could do with slightly firmer mattresses but that is a matter of preference. Overall greatly recommend."

"They don’t know about hospitality business. Staffs are rude and every simple conversation becomes a negotiation with denials. The rooms and services are just ok and I think the only thing that makes them a 4 star hotel instead of 3 is a cool lobby and an expensive pool"
