So much to rave about! It is a beautiful property with a wonderful staff, including concierge service and a shuttle to and from the beach as scheduled and taking reservations. The area is so special with gorgeous views, architecture and beaches! The hotel was full of adorable couples and families of all ages, from many countries. The pool area was extremely thoughtfully designed, though crowded at times, and the view beyond the construction was lovely! In addition the AC was refreshing in the August heat!

My wife and I spent two nights here with a balcony view facing the sea. The property and staff are great. We typically had tapas for lunch at the restaurant where the prices are reasonable and food was consistently good. The grounds are great and it's nicely positioned a short stroll away from the historic streets and beach. The gym is lovely and there is a vibrant but not overly busy atmosphere. Great plus is the fully stocked supermarket under the hotel complex.

The hotel was overall very good. Maybe a bit overpriced. The pool and pool area was great, but could be improved with poolbar ordering being available from the sun beds. The room was great, but it was missing an option for heating food. Two big disappointments though. One, it was not possible to get two room keycards which should definitely not have been a problem to provide, and two, smoking was allowed in the outside breakfast area. Even though it is outside, allowing smoking in the restaurant area is not worthy for a four star hotel, or even a three star hotel, in my opinion. But overall, a great stay.
