"The room was clean and location is good. Giving it a low grade because of what I felt was misleading listing details. Firstly, it appears bigger than it is. The room I booked looked like it had a balcony and a view, both of which it did not have. Secondly, it clearly mentions parking is available and how unique it is to find a place with parking. However upon arrival I didn’t find any parking available. I reached out to the staff and a man who seemed quite clueless said there was no parking. He...

"The rooftop terrace was delightful! Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of dishes. Their coffee was superb! The location of the hotel and its proximity to its parking structure was great. Additionally, wonderful restaurants were just a few minutes walk away!"

We phoned the number listed to discover that one needed to check in at the front desk of the nearby Hotel Oslo. Anyone's guess why Expedia or the property didn't simply advise us of this in advance The room itself was on two floors, up a steep flight of stairs to get to the first of the 2 floors (no elevator, which is not uncommon in Europe though). ...
