"Could be a gym, probably was at one point. Dirty, not well appointed, breakfast is cooked at 7:00 a.m. once so if you go at 9:00 you get 2 hour old food... If you enjoy old shrimp this is your place... Service is totally lacking or non existent. No mattress pad, AC can't keep room cool even in winter ... Look elsewhere for now "

"I stayed here with my wife for 7 nights. Great hotel. Very clean. Staff are amazing. Breakfast included was good. Quiet area. Beds in room were great and pool with room was nice. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Massages at hotel were great too!!!"

"Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc. This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. It not calm like Kamala or the other beaches just south. Though I did enjoy the...

"The staff were helpful in every way. Attention to detail was above and beyond many Resorts I have stayed in across SE Asia. The food and the scenic view were unparalleled. One had the feeling you were being wined and dined in the treetop. Overall the experience was one of a lovely boutique style resort, where you felt at home with all the staff each day. I cannot recommend this Resort highly enough!"

"Very nice and comfortable bedding stuff. I wish that they have some rooms with 2 regular size beds instead of one king size bed. They have a very good room for children activities on the 5th floor. Not enough a toilet papers in the rooms. Absolutely ridiculous situation in the breakfast times. Some rooms are posted online with unclear information about including breakfast or "just available"... My grandson didn't finish eating one cookie and wanted to take it with him...
