"When I arrived, it was after front desk hours. My room key was attached to a name tag located on a shelf in front of the office check-in window. Unique, but it worked. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was served buffet style. A "lake" across the street was almost not visible from the hotel. Parking in front of the building was adequate. Hotel is ok for a one-night stay. I felt it is a bit overpriced. The lovely town of Baden-Baden is nearby (driving distance)."

"Kan absolut IKKE anbefales. Bookede 4 dobbeltværelser og ingen var rengjort - tværtimod. Alt var nusset og slidt. Lugtede kraftigt af karry og at der var røget på nogle af værelserne. Gamle plastre, hår, beskidt sengetøj, spindelvæv mange steder, klam baggård og mere til."

"The hotel is just off the motorway and is quite remote. There is a large car park with electric chargers. There is a 90 minute charging time allowed before idling fees are incurred. Although there was a Dutch non electric car parked in the bay all night blocking the charger and there did not appear to be any attempt to move it.
The fee for the car park is displayed at 17Euros. Initially we did not book the parking but were later offered it at 12 Euros which we accepted. There are some free street parking spots around the industrial estates but a lot of the spaces are designated for the workers in the actual units.
Apart from the hotel there are no other facilities on site.
The rooms are large and have a mini fridge, kettle and tea and coffee facilities but no milk. Comfortable bed but the air con was a little noisy.
The town is accessible by walking over the bridge which crosses the motorway - its takes about 15 minutes. There is a beer garden there but it was shut on the Tuesday we were there. There is a supermarket and a small shop which sells beer.
It is a good hotel for a one night stopover"
"Outstanding hotel in every way! Great location to walk everywhere. Staff over the top friendly and extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend and will stay there whenever I return to Strasbourg."
"Five stars! We celebrated our anniversary here and had an incredible time. The entire hotel is immaculate and beautiful. The daily breakfast was amazing, featuring fresh food and plenty of options. The location is perfect too, situated right in Old Town with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will absolutely be returning!"
"Clean room, maybe slightly outdated. Air conditioning isn’t really air conditioning, just blows air. Much cooler to open the door to the balcony which was a lovely touch. Mini fridge for our own drinks and a whole mini kitchen with plates, cutlery and cups etc. you could even cook there if you wish. Bathroom was separate to the toilet which was great. Lovely soft beds. Tv was just basic local channels but didn’t bother us. Overall really good value for money. We ended up paying 2 euros for parking on the public spots outside."
"Everything about the presentation of the room and hotel was perfect and the price fair however, there was a persistent high level peeping the entire night which did keep me awake/ wake me up during the night - I suspect this was linked to a large electrical box on the inside of the curtain pelmet area - quite annoying otherwise clean spacious room where everything worked."
"A lovely hotel, room was dated and it was incredibly difficult to park, but the facilities are lovely and the room was comfortable and had what we needed. Space could do with a freshen up but served really well for a stay in the city as we passed through. The kids loved the pool."
"Un buen lugar para hospedarte en Estrasburgo
Sin duda volvería, habitaciones amplias y limpias con aire acondicionado funcionando perfectamente. El desayuno completo, mucha variedad de pan, café a demanda, jugos y frutas. Se encuentra cerca del río y de la estación de tren por lo que fue fácil llegar a cualquier lugar caminando"
