"The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast was also very good. There is underground parking available, and if you stay at the hotel, you can validate at the reception for £10 per day, which I think is very reasonable."

"Superb hotel for a visit to Ghent, especially if you're driving, as it's outside the Low Emission Zone and they have a large car-park. This was the second time I've stayed here and once again I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large, clean room with a good shower. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, as there's a good selection to set you up for the day. The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walk away, and Sint-Pieters station is a brisk 10 minutes walk, or you can get the tram. Highly recommended."

Only improvements: the pillows were not comfortable at all and one of the beds had some fuzz and what appeared to be hair. The bathrooms were spotless so I chalk it up to a mistake. Still a great place. "
