"Room was great. Very clean but front office person, Jesse, couldn’t explain incidental hold on my credit card. He kept saying “incidental charges like other hotels”. Instead of explaining and answering the question he kept referencing “other hotels” . Perhaps some education of the front office staff would be helpful. "

"Having to wait hours for the shuttle outside door 512 Island 3 west side in the cold, jaded our stay. I called the desk 3 times to ask if a shuttle was coming and the front desk guy was very rude. Told me I was waiting at the wrong spot. Which I wasn’t. The room was adequate. Breakfast wasn’t great. We won’t be staying there again."

"We had to catch an early flight, so we only stayed at the hotel for about 6 hours overnight, so I can't comment on the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. I think $18/ day for parking is outrageous, especially when we were only there for a few hours. Had I known about the charge before, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. "

"Very convenient for early morning travel to Denver airport. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast to go offerings were well-stocked and fresh."

"Breakfast was your normal continental, nothing special. Room was clean, beds pretty comfy. Check in/out was smooth. Beware, no mention of paying for parking but they will charge you $10 per day"

"The room was spacious and clean. We left before breakfast hours so I can’t comment on that. The young man at the front desk at check in was not very friendly but the woman at the desk when we checked out was very nice. Every time we touched the door or the elevator buttons we got shocked, which made us wonder if there is a maintenance issue. The pillows could use a refresh—ours were beyond their useful life. However, there was a very nice kitchenette in the room. Overall the hotel was very nice...
