Michael and his team (including Wan Lee) did a great job handling my reservation. Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). Bus line is right in front of the hotel, which is nice. Really only two negative things to know about this hotel. First, the walls are paper thin (so you can hear everything that happens in the hallway and tons of noises/voices from adjoining rooms, including their bathrooms). Second, the shower is in the toilet/sink room, with no divider. So the shower water sprays the whole bathroom (and the head doesn't really lower to a good angle). Other than that, great stay! House cleaning cleaned the room each day, which was much higher level of service than I'm used to. Thank you for a great first time in singapore!

Small is too small and with no windows. Managed to top up but got a room with a very small window. Staff is friendly. Stayed before and had a better experience. A tad expensive

They promised the standard would be the same but after check in, it became clear that it was of much worse condition (also with a much cheaper price tag on Expedia). スタッフはとても親切で、部屋も清潔でした。 ルームキーはアプリをダウンロードして、スマホを当てて使用しますが、とても簡単に開錠できました。 シャワーとトイレが同じ場所なので、シャワーの後にトイレに入りたい時は、トイレの周りが濡れているので、拭く用のタオルがあればもっと快適に過ごせるのではないかと思いました。

スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーでした。 バス停が目の前なので、便利でした。 シャワーでトイレが水浸しになるという口コミを参考に、ビーチサンダルを持参したので、不便さはさほど感じませんでした（人によるかもしれませんが） 朝食は、スタッフの方がお一人で注文を受けてから飲み物とベーグルサンドを作られることがあり、それなりに待ち時間がかかります。（作り立てなので美味しかったです）

Disappointing

It is a budget hotel but I was disappointed. The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like a box springs and the springs would dig into your side. I could never get the shower hot which was annoying. Also when we would walk in after being gone a day it would have a bad, almost sewage type smell to it. The room service was done late in the day like around 4 or one day as late as 5. I’d pay more money for somewhere else in the future.
