"Property was cute - a redone motel with a hipster style and vibe. Good breakfast offering and easy drive to Smith’s campus and downtown (but not walkable IMO). Bed was comfortable and all was clean. Main complaint was you could hear the upstairs room and people outside the door. Very little soundproofing. Would recommend a second floor room if at all possible for this reason. All in all a fine option, depending on your reason for visiting. "

"The breakfast was great- overnight oats, chia pudding, waffle bar and breakfast tacos with pulled pork! Rooms and pool were immaculate. The whole place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay."
