However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "Newly refurbished hotel- very chic, lots of beautiful marble. Great location, a short walk to the central square down a quiet street. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast choice including cooked to order options. Fantastic view from restaurant and sky bar (although just being completed when we visited). Overall I’d highly recommend."

"The location is great, very quiet within walking distance to everything, Sapa has ski village vibes. The owner is often working at the front desk and is genuinely an incredible human. We arrived 630 AM on the train and he permitted us to check-in to our rooms early, as well as check out at 5 PM with no extra costs! He even upgraded us to a superior room because it was available! He helped us book a one-day trek with a local and it was so fun and informative! We are active 50 year olds and found...
