"Excellent location with easy access and plenty of parking. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming.
The lobby, hallways, room, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean and fresh. One feature I really appreciated was the generous number of wall hooks in both the room and bathroom, they made the stay much more convenient.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again."

"The staff were very personable and went out of their way to change our room. The first room was dirty, but the one we received after that had been cleaned very well. The smell of the cleaning agent was a bit overwhelming though. Everything that I saw on the property needs to be updated."

"The bed was very comfortable.
I never figured out how to operate the air conditioner unit but the room was cool enough.
The small refrigerator had a large block of ice in the freezer area...I told one of the counter men about it but since I had the do not disturb sign up they could not deal with it...not their fault.
Bathroom was fine.
The countermen were all exceptionally friendly and kind especially Quinn.
If I have to come to Plainville again, I will seek to stay here."

"Some dead and alive stink bugs had a terrible back ache the next morning from the bed and the couch was noisy the table fell apart on us when we put a drink down but overall it was fine for one night very doable very friendly staff offered water good amount of space. Would stay here again"
