Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a great breakfast and had a drink in the bar midday. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in the area.

On arrival nobody available at reception had to wonder around trying to find someone. Was given room 207 right next to the cleaners supply cupboard constant noise and starting early in the morning. Room also had low sloping ceilings which even I at 5.6 ft constantly banged my head and my husband was even worse. We walked into town to eat as hotel only had 5 course meal option. Breakfast was good but hotel was disappointing.

Disappointing, noisy, no A/C

The "double bed" is two very small beds put together, so unless you stay completely still in your sleep, you will likely fall in the gap in between. The rooms have very bad sound proof and are directly above the restaurant/bar. No A/C so one must keep the window open to get fresh air ... and loud noises. The hotel is located in a residential area, near a school, a stadium and where the local marching band rehearses in the evenings... The room is equipped with an ipad (why? it doesnt come with any special room service app) with the camera facing the bed. Very creepy! I kept putting it away. Food at the restaurant is below par (undercooked, not seasoned, not fresh). Breakfast is not as bad but cool be improved with fresher bread and more fruits.

On arrival the welcome was warm. All the staff were efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with complimentary water and plenty of space. There was a patio with chairs and a table and the most wonderful views of the mountains - this was not used much due to the snow! The restaurant provided us with exceptional breakfasts - both hot and cold options, fruit, nuts, yoghurts, meats, the most amazing scrambled eggs, fresh honeycomb, juices (including a make your own option) - totally stunning. The evening meals were equally wonderful. The spa was the cherry on the cake - a steam room and sauna plus relaxation area with complimentary fruit/herbal teas, water, snacks and again the wonderful views - in better weather there was a hot tub available. Overall a great hotel, great staff and a wonderful place to unwind and relax.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante in questo hotel. La struttura è accogliente e curata nei dettagli, con il vantaggio del parcheggio coperto che rende tutto più comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina: il menù completo a 35 € è vario, gustoso e di ottima qualità. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e invita al relax, ideale per staccare dalla routine. Qualche piccolo aspetto da migliorare: il personale parla poco italiano, nelle ore pomeridiane la camera tende a scaldarsi e sarebbe utile avere un frigobar. Detto ciò, aprendo le finestre di notte abbiamo sempre dormito benissimo e riposato in totale comfort. In generale, un hotel che consigliamo a chi cerca buon cibo, comodità e un soggiorno all’insegna del relax.
