"From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing; welcoming and so knowledgeable! The decor is sumptuous; not only the lobby, but the room (not one of the rail car rooms) felt like an indulgence. For some reason the atmosphere brought to mind “The Queen’s Gambit;” so cooooool; retro, but perfectly modern. I appreciated the in-room eco-friendly waters, and the cute postcard. We will stay here every time we visit Chattanooga in future."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Spark by Hilton! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the mini fridge was very convenient. We also loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was plentiful and easy. The highlight of our stay was Anand (“Andy”) at the front desk. We were traveling with our grandson, who is on the autism spectrum, and Andy was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He made us feel at home from the moment...

"The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. "Definitely wasn't impressed with our stay. The pool was down so the kids could not swim. Our room was super nasty. Just walking on the floors turned your feet black we had to wash all kids feet and set them on the bed so their feet wouldn't get the sheets dirty. The floor on our room was very uneven. "We stayed one night at Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga and I wish we hadn’t. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are extremely small, old, and there is not an ounce of anything “modern” about them. The bathroom is unbelievably tiny, there’s barely room to turn around. The sink was clogged, and worse, clogged with disgusting hair. The second we saw it we nearly threw up. The room smelled bad. The “pool” they put in the photos to lure people in is just a small round pit. You...

"The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating."
