"Honestly, I'm not a picky person. But this time I have to review, so that other people can know and have a chance. The property was very badly maintained, looked like no interest in keeping things up and safe, the pools filters and grates where super rusted, probably get an infection if you get cut. ..."

"Había cucarachas!, no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Y solicité mi factura y no me la quiso entregar me dijo que la pidiera en expedía cuando el pago lo realize al check in Cancelaron mi reservación y no me dieron mis sellos rewards. Pido ayuda para que me los otorgen"
