"I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho! "

"Great place. Very central to restaurants and bars. We got the all-inclusive and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Only complain I have is that we arrived about an hour before check-in and although our room was ready, they did not give us the all-inclusive bracelet until check-in time.
