None of this was deal breakers, but the books in the room are outdated and WiFi password is wrong, there was no laundry bags in the room so had to call and then had to ask pricing (was supposed to all be in the room). Our friends air conditioner and TV didn’t work but the staff did fix both very very quickly. The water fountains in the pool werent on and the pool chairs were dirty and not wiped and we had to ask for towels as they weren’t routinely stocked by the pool. Bathtub had debris and a hair in it but we weren’t planing on using. The breakfast took a really really long time both mornings and half of the people were done before the other half got food.
Having said all of that the food was good. The staff was super nice and immediately addressed issues that we brought up. It was the little details that were missing for me that really make it stand out. They seemed short staffed especially in the breakfast area and I do acknowledge that. But the little details that make it stand out just weren’t there for me. We did use the laundry service and it was great.
