"It was a long wait to get our room ready on first day. Ismail (the concierge) was very helpful and tried to speed up the process. One of the door giving on the garden in our room was broken. "We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels...

"The bedroom was good but I was different and less nicer from the one on the pictures, but it had everything that we needed so it was okay. We checked in really late and they were very kind to be available for us, and they also communicated with me very well through WhatsApp. We had an early morning so we couldn’t eat breakfast because it started at 9am and we left before that time."
