Shuniah Hotels with Swimming Pool

"The staff and management are wonderful. We never had any issues at all and will stay here again. My husband needed heart surgery in Toronto On, this in it self was overwhelming. The management gave us two weeks of free parking and shuttled us to the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband had a couple complications, and we had to stay in Toronto for a total of 3 weeks. I came to pick up our car, i had my credit card ready to pay for the extra week. The manager said not to worry about paying that extra week. I recommend the Valhalla to everyone. "I’ve stayed in many Ramadas over the years. They’ve always been a solid choice. This was the worst I’ve ever experienced by far. It’s old and run down. But even then, if the staff was positive, friendly and helpful you could overlook the other stuff. Not my experience. Also heads up if you have mobility issues, there is no lift. Lots of stairs. And many long connected hallways to get to the room."

"Breakfast needs a lot of work. Eggs were cold and tough. Juice machine needs cleaning - juice tasted moldy. Sausage wee not edible. Food not replenished in a timely fashion"

"The room was damaged. Wall paper peeling off gross furniture, it looked like furniture you find in the side of the road for free. Orange paint damage in the walls?. I'm never staying at a Travelodge again.."

"The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was clean, the window coverings just a little stained but seemed clean. Only problem I found was the room was a long distance from the front door and all other exit doors were only for emergency use. Would be good if I could parked closer to the room and use an alternative door to make it less of a walk to the room with my mobility issues. "
