This is a newer (2019) hotel, centally located, in a very old neighborhood. The staff tries very hard to create a high level of guest experience. The restaurant offers excellent food. Our room was on the 4th floor...but the elevator only goes to 3. Our room was large & comfortable. It had 2 balconies and nice, sunny southern exposure. The room was noisey...some neighborhood noise. And there was an apparent heating system overhead that made contant, low volume noise. The hotel is air conditioned.

My review

I had to review this hotel because they had no reviews on hotels.com. This hotel is the best hotel in Shumen without any doubt. Brekfast was very good. A waiter from the restaurant was very kind. Receptionists were the same. The spa area was very clean and nice. My room was modern, new, very clean. I travel for 1 month in Bulgaria and this hotel was one of the best. The only problem can be their parking. They just have 2, 3 spots in front of the hotel. I really enjoyed their service and this hotel.

Hidden gem

This hotel is like a hidden gem inside Shumen! ❤️ I had such a pleasant stay, staff is so nice and welcoming, rooms are cozy and comfy, internet speed and spa facilities are great, as well is breakfast. The place is very clean and well organised. I would say the only downside would be the limited parking space offered. Otherwise, 6 stars! Keep up the good work.
