"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "The rooms were musky. There was a lot of mosquitoes in the room, even after putting the mosquito repellent. Floors in the bathroom was sticky. My room key was misplaced and I was charged 300 for a new key. Never did I have to return the card key.
