Hotel Dekat Shore Dogs Park

"The first room they put us in had a leak; the carpet was soaked, and the bathroom fixtures didn't work properly. They moved us to another room where the desk lamp had no on switch, useless, and there was a huge stain on the carpet. Luckily, we were only staying a couple of nights, so we managed. Lots of deferred maintenance and an older footprint - surprising since there is a lot of competition in the SFO area. I would not stay there again."

"Amazing little hotel close to the freeways and shopping areas. Stayed here for Portola music festival and was only a 20min ride."

"I haven’t slept all night. The air conditioner is broken—it’s making a very loud noise. There’s also a knocking sound—it’s been knocking all night long. I believe this noise is being caused by the faulty air conditioner."

"My stay was extremely disappointing, especially with the hotel being an Embassy Suites. The property was extremely poorly maintained inside and out. The rooms look as if we had stepped into the 1950’s. My sister was eligible and given a full refund for her stay, because her pullout bed linen was not only dirty but stained and had not been changed. Our room had a cracked sink and a cracked toilet, as well as the carpet being disgustingly stained and the furniture chipped and very outdated."

"Yes"

"Room and ambiance is nice! Very clean and maintained properly. Staffs are nice and help. Really convenient and walking distance to eatery area. Super close to SFO airport."

"????"

"We really enjoyed how self contained we were. There were plenty of amenities available if you wished/needed to use them outside of the unit but the kitchen was great. The one complaint we had, and it's a big one, was the noise coming from above us. Maybe they were just heavy walkers but you could clearly hear them stomping around their room from 11pm until after midnight and again in the morning from 4:30am until 6am. This went on for 4 nights and 4 mornings, we tried ear plugs, talked to front...

"First time ever, and have stayed at this location several times, I had to pay $7.00 a night to park. Keep in mind this was ON TOP of daily room cost of $293.33. I will think twice about returning. Additionally the room was filthy, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, dishes left in dishwasher (this was never the experience in past stays). Each day front entrance mopped but... after mopping walked through my sandles made tacking noise as if never cleaned. Very disappointing stay."
