"Very clean! This is a well maintained and managed hotel, the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. Also it was convenient to have a breakfast buffet each morning! We stayed for a week and we were happy! One thing I didn't like was the room safe being on the floor, I couldn't use it because of that!"

"We had two King rooms and they were so small but at least they were clean. In the shower, the water is way too soft and smells like sewer. Hotel hallways and the common bathrooms downstairs were not clean. Breakfast was what is to be expected. Elevators are extremely slow for such a small hotel. No microwave or coffee makers in the rooms. No complimentary water bottles upon check-in but there is a filtered water bottle filling station downstairs near the lobby. "They cancelled my reservation without any notice, and the staff were very rude—they told me it wasn't their problem. After driving for 16 hours, I had to scramble to find a place to stay at midnight so my family and I could get some rest; it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had"

"The only issue was the front desk (day of check in) girl who was rude with each encounter. All other staff were very friendly and attentive."
