"The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. "

"Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. Our room didn't have a microwave so that must be in the other room as there are only two."

"We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." "

"This is such a lovely little hotel. The location is great – within a short walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes – and there's free parking in an area where finding parking can be challenging. The house is beautiful and very nicely renovated. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the upstairs common room, where you can have free sweets and drinks in front of amazing views, is a real bonus.
