"Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well. "Excellent hotel right in the hub of the city. Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and obliging. We used the indoor pool after a hot bike ride - very refreshing - great spa staff member. Hotel stored our luggage for 3 days at no charge after check out. Very convenient whilst we travelled to Komani Lake for 3 nights. WiFi excellent. Good array of sport and English speaking news channels. Overall very happy with this hotel. "
