"It was a good hotel for business, the room was spacious. The only thing that was off for us was the cigarette smell. We booked a nonsmoking room. But the smell room smells like cigarettes. The person in front of our room was smoking and sitting with the door open, thus the smell on the whole floor. We reported it to the staff and they promptly acted on it. But after that the person still smokes and sits with the door open. We gave up reporting him."
