"Our only problem with the hotel is that in both rooms, the beds were not only low to the floor but the mattresses were too soft and lumpy. This is a big deterrent from staying here again. It’s difficult to enjoy your stay when your back hurts."

"Excellent hotel, stayed here with my family. Rooms were clean, modern and plenty of room. Location is ideal with nice restaurants nearby and the subway was only 5 min walk which took you into central Boston."

"The room was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little pricey. Adding bacon or any thing else that wasn’t on the breakfast bar was an extra charge. They were not clear about validating the parking ticket before you leave to go in and out."

"Great location, helpful & friendly staff, good breakfast & very good on-site restaurants plus many nearby dining options (of course the hotel is right near the university & it's right by Harvard Square & all of the dining & shopping to be found right there. Though the hotel was completely full (it was Harvard's reunion weekend) the hotel never felt crowded & service remained excellent. My only suggestion/request is re: the room's bedside lighting. The room had two queen-sized beds but only one...

"The room was clean when we arrived. Staff at desk was pleasant at check-in. Other than that, they didn’t acknowledge you coming or going. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. We always reuse towels so that wasn’t an issue, but our trash can could have been emptied. Our stay was okay. Quiet area and it was close to a variety of restaurants."

"This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10"
