" The unit was situated in a cull de sac, just off the main road and we found the unit to be very neat and tidy, it had everything we needed, central to the town and overall a very pleasant stay for us. On arrival an envelope was placed on a chair with my name and the key inside it, there was also instructions for how to check out. A very smooth process, not complicated at all. "

"It was disconcerting not to have a face to face on arrival. Calling the mobile number was impersonal but it did work well. The disability friendly bathroom was brilliant, and the room itself was spacious. We were comfortable there. We did not have interaction with any staff as there were none around. "
