"Pros: just a beautiful pool area. Hot tubs, several different pools and gorgeous grounds. Cons: The wait time for food at the resort restaurants, was very long. An hour for the coffee shop and waited an hour and never got seated at the Grill. Hard push for time share, including an 8:30 morning call that woke us up."

"I was just exhausted after a late night flight-not to mention that my car rental place automatically closed at midnight-I had no car. Yari treated me like family when I checked in-she gave me advice about the amusement parks and wished me a Happy Birthday! (I came to Florida for a birthday cruise and decided to spend a couple of days in Orlando) I was happy with my room-the decor was cool and comfortable….it was a wonderful sanctuary after visiting Disney World and Universal-I felt safe as a solo traveler-the rest of the staff was helpful-inside the hotel there were shops and restaurants, along with a fitness center, pools and an arcade. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to have a great time! "
