"The hotel was really nice. The onsen was great to experience, a little nerve wrecking since it was our first time. Accidentally got the smoking room so it did have a lingering smell of cigs but I don’t think the non smoking room would’ve been different since the hallways also had that smell. The staff was friendly and helpful ! "

"Cottage for 6 was comfortable and perfect. There were rooms for privacy and luggages can be fully open. The dining / well-equipped kitchen was spacious for 6 as well. The cottage comes with complimentary off site onsen ticket, conveniently located across the cottage. Daiso and ample dining options all within walkable distance. Last but not least, the mount fuji view was magnificent from both inside and outside the cottage. Would love to stay here again when we visit mount fuji. "

"Very nice Japanese traditional style hotel. The location is great, close to the sight-seeing bus line and to the cable car lift. The bath is great, with good views on the 7th floor. it is a pity the room we had doesn't have a view though. The staff are nice, very polite.
