My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different.

All good, be aware airport shuttle finishes at 9:10 am, yes 9:10am in the morning. Pretty cost effective if you want to catch an early morning flight at Haneda airport.

Room was clean and location was close to the metro station as stated in reviews. However we had trouble with the shower, which was in a shower room. This room filled with ankle deep water which spilled into the sink area and then into the foyer, requiring me to use the towels to create a dam and mop up the water. I believe the shower drain backed up, either because of a hair collecting device or because of a partial blockage further downstream. I emailed the owners and a woman showed up within an hour to bring us more clean towels and to help me clean up the mess. This was the first time we had used the shower. After she cleaned it, it drained ok.

"Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks ..."
